These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website prexovix.com and services provided by Prexovix d.o.o. By using our site, you accept these Terms in their entirety.
1. About the Platform
Prexovix is a real estate crowdfunding platform that enables users to collectively invest in real estate projects in the Republic of Croatia. The platform serves as an intermediary between project holders and investors, providing a digital space for project presentation, investment management, and progress tracking.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must: • Be an adult (18 years or older) with legal capacity • Have residence or domicile in the Republic of Croatia or another member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) • Possess valid identification documents • Accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy Prexovix reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend the account of a user who does not meet these conditions or violates the provisions of these Terms.
3. Risk Warning
IMPORTANT: Real estate crowdfunding involves significant risks. Before investing, carefully consider the following: • Loss of capital: There is a possibility of partial or total loss of the invested amount • Illiquidity: Real estate investments are generally illiquid and cannot be easily or quickly converted to cash • Market risks: Property values are subject to market fluctuations • Project risk: Projects may be delayed, exceed budget, or fail to achieve planned results • Regulatory risk: Changes in legislation may affect investments Prexovix does not guarantee return of investment or profit. Past results do not guarantee future performance. We advise investing only amounts whose loss you can afford.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website prexovix.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data, software, and code — is the property of Prexovix d.o.o. or is licensed for use on this site. It is protected by Croatian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content of this site except for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Limitation of Liability
Prexovix d.o.o. is not liable for: • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform • Losses arising from investing in projects presented on the platform • Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information published by project holders • Technical interruptions, system errors, or data loss • Actions of third parties, including project holders The total liability of Prexovix is limited to the amount of fees you have paid us in the last 12 months, but no more than EUR 500.00.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of the Republic of Croatia. The Commercial Court in Zagreb has jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or related to these Terms. Before initiating court proceedings, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
7. Amendments to the Terms
Prexovix reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after publication of amendments will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms. Effective date: January 15, 2026.
